The only auto-shop I trust with my 530I BMW is Desert Tech! When I have to take my car in, David takes the time to explain the problem with patience and a vast knowledge basis. David provides detailed explanations of the procedures completed and the prices are always honest and fair. I would recommend Desert Tech to anyone who takes their car maintenance seriously.

David is a rarity these days, a true champion in my book! My son attends University of Arizona and needed to have his car fixed ASAP and David literally came to his rescue!! As an out of state parent I couldn't have found a more fantastic person to work on my sons BMW. I literally called David at 12 noon and he had my sons car up in running by 2:15 that same day! The price was beyond reasonable and we will definitely only be taking our car to be worked on here! Thank you again David for exceptional service!

David and his team have done excellent work on my 2007 BMW 750i. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to not just explain problems, but give the customer a thorough understanding of the possible solutions. His prices are very fair and he stands by his work. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone!

This afternoon, I had the opportunity of having my expectations exceeded by a family run business that does things the correct way.
Two weeks ago I purchased a extremely clean BMW for my wife to drive. Being a perfectionist, I sought out people that would have a chance of working up to my standard which has been meet and then some.
I was interned as a automotive tech nearly 40 years ago by my very picket father. I used my training restoring performance and collector cars for the past 35 years. David and his team members work to the old standards I grew up with, and I am delighted to have such a talented person look after our automotive needs now that we are retired here in Tucson.

David and his partners/employees were kind enough to fit me in today for a last second oil change in my 2009 335i. He was very polite and professional and very accommodating. I also asked him a question about a fairly rare service (walnut cleaning the intake side of the motor to clean carbon deposits) and he was completely honest with me about his experience with it and said he could find a shop that would help me with that. I will be back in the future in addition to telling other people that have BMWs that this is the place to go.

I have been a customer of David Moore's Desert Tech from the beginning and he and trusty mechanic Doug have never done me wrong and like my business, go the extra mile for the customer! I never need to question their work and Im PICKY!

Fortunately, David's expert understanding of the car made a quick fix of what seemed like another unexpected problem. He knew exactly which part needed to be tightened,got it done, explained everything he was doing and was super polite, professional and on target - I'll be back without any hesitation! Refreshing and not in the least bit stressful...

My first experience with Desert Tech was very positive and I will be returning. The process was transparent and open, no hard sell for services that I did not yet need. Dave was hands on and took the time to show me the actual diagnostic report from the computer that is hooked up to the BMW onboard computer.

I have one more included factory service, but I will be returning for any other service needs not covered by the dealer and then to Desert Tech from then on out.

My first time experience with the people and service I recieved at Desert Tech auto was well beyond satisfied, in which they honostly earned a Customer for life!



Recently bought my Volkswagon Passat from a private owner, in which needed repairs. Took my car to a big name service place whom gave an estimate to repairs well over the amount I payed at Desert Tech.

The Owner, Dave took the time to explain everything to me. What the big name service place said to be a well over $1300 repair, Dave repaired, in which turned out not to be the issue at all. What I payed (hundreds of dollars less than the big name service estimate) Dave fixed the real issue and replaced all motor mounts on my Passat.

I have been taking my BMW to David for the last eight years or so. He has maintained my car to keep her running smooth. He does not push any maintenance or items you do not need.He has fair prices and excellet customer service. If you are looking for wonderful mechanics who know their vehicles inside and out and bend over backwards to keep their coustomers happy then Desert Tech is the place to go.
